Welcome to NeovanceAi. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our AI automation services, including setup, custom development, consultation, and post-launch support. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Scope of Services

NeovanceAi provides the following services:

  • Development of AI voice agents for customer service and lead capture

  • Custom integration with CRMs, calendars, and third-party tools

  • Ongoing support and maintenance through a Monthly AI Maintenance Plan

All services are scoped, priced, and agreed upon in writing prior to project initiation.


2. Third-Party Tools & Accounts

Clients are responsible for creating and managing their own accounts with any required third-party services (e.g., Vapi.ai, Make.com, CRMs, ticketing systems). NeovanceAi does not cover usage-based charges or subscription fees for these services.

We may request access to these platforms to complete your integration. You remain the account owner at all times.


3. Payment Terms

  • Setup fees are due upfront, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

  • Monthly support plans are billed on a recurring basis.

  • Late payments may result in paused services or withheld deliverables.

All prices are in [CAD/USD], unless otherwise noted.


4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary accounts and assets

  • Respond to communications that impact project timelines

  • Use the AI system responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., data privacy, consent for call recordings)


5. Ownership & Licensing

All code, prompts, and workflows developed by NeovanceAi for your project are licensed to you for use within your business. However, NeovanceAi retains the right to reuse or adapt general development frameworks, logic, or non-client-specific components.


6. Support & Maintenance

Support is available only to clients on an active Monthly AI Maintenance Plan. This includes:

  • Bug fixes

  • Minor flow adjustments

  • Email-based troubleshooting

Custom feature requests or major logic changes may require additional scope and fees.


7. Limitations of Liability

NeovanceAi is not liable for:

  • Downtime or data loss caused by third-party tools

  • Business losses resulting from improper use or misconfiguration

  • Delays caused by client inaction or incomplete deliverables

Maximum liability under any agreement is limited to the amount paid to NeovanceAi for the relevant service.


8. Cancellations & Refunds

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly support plans may be canceled at any time with written notice; however, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods.


9. Changes to Terms

NeovanceAi reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Changes will be posted to our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
